I proudly provide mobile notary services throughout Waterloo and the surrounding communities, including Columbia, Millstadt, Red Bud, Freeburg, Smithton, and Belleville.
Illinois law requires that all notarizations take place within the State of Illinois. I can notarize documents that were prepared in another state, provided the notarization itself occurs in Illinois.
Need service outside my primary service area? I'm often able to accommodate appointments in additional locations. Travel beyond my standard service area may be available for an additional fee. Please contact me for a personalized quote.
Mobile Notary Pricing
I believe in providing clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Before your appointment is confirmed, I'll review your request, discuss any applicable travel or premium service fees, and provide a personalized quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Mobile Service Call Fee
Starting at $35
This fee covers mobile notary service at a mutually agreed-upon location within my standard service area.
Notarization Fee
Illinois law allows a maximum fee of:
$5 per notarized signature
Additional Travel
Appointments outside my standard service area may require an additional travel fee based on driving distance.
Premium Appointment Fee
A $40 premium service fee applies to same-day requests and appointments scheduled after 7:00 PM.
Group Appointment Savings
If multiple appointments are scheduled at the same location during the same visit, reduced Mobile Service Call Fees may be available. This is a great option for assisted living communities, nursing facilities, workplaces, and other organizations.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Squarespace Payments.

Complete the online request form or contact me by phone. I'll review your request, confirm availability, and provide a personalized quote before your appointment is scheduled.

Prepare for Your Appointment
Please have:
A valid government-issued photo ID
Your completed documents (unless instructed otherwise)
All required signers present
Any required witnesses, if applicable
Please do not sign your documents before the appointment unless specifically instructed to do so.

We’ll Meet at Your Location
I'll meet you at your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, or another mutually agreed-upon location at the scheduled time.

Complete the Notarization
I'll verify identification, witness signatures when required, complete the notarization, and answer any questions about the notarial process (while not providing legal advice).
Appointments are typically completed in 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of documents and signers.

A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for every signer. The name on your ID should reasonably match the name on the document being notarized. If your name has changed (for example, due to marriage or divorce) or there are significant differences between your ID and your documents, please let me know before your appointment so we can discuss your situation.

Yes. I can notarize documents that were prepared in another state, provided the notarization takes place within the State of Illinois.

Yes, when my schedule allows. Same-day requests and appointments after 7:00 PM are available for an additional premium service fee.
